Terms & Conditions

To use the Service you must register for a student account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Jayanthan Academy provides online preparation resources for Tamil Nadu and Central Government competitive examinations, including model tests, mock exams, study materials, current affairs, recruitment updates, discussion forums and learning batches. Content is provided for educational purposes and self-study.

• Certain features require a paid subscription plan (for example, test-only, materials or full-access plans).
• Subscription prices and the features included in each plan are displayed on the Service before purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment gateway's terms.
• Your subscription grants access for the stated duration and becomes active once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions provide access to digital educational content and are generally non-refundable once activated. If you are charged in error, or a technical fault prevents you from accessing a plan you paid for, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, copy, record or redistribute any tests, questions, study materials or other content from the Service.
• Share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single subscription.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on the Service — including questions, tests, notes, materials, text, graphics and the platform itself — is the property of Jayanthan Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access this content for your personal exam preparation only.

We strive to keep our study materials, current affairs and recruitment updates accurate and up to date. However, content is provided for guidance only. Candidates should always verify official examination details, syllabi and notifications from the relevant official sources (such as TNPSC and other recruiting bodies).

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any particular result, rank or selection in any examination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jayanthan Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and payments survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karur, Tamil Nadu.
